By accessing BrickRise, you agree to use the platform for managing real-estate launch workflows and for no unlawful purpose. Each project instance is provisioned for the developer and its authorised teams.
BrickRise is delivered as a white-label service. The developer's branding is used across its own instance, while the underlying platform, infrastructure, and operation remain BrickRise's responsibility.
Expression-of-interest (EOI) payments are processed by an RBI-regulated payment aggregator with direct settlement to the builder's bank account. Settlement terms are governed by the agreement between the developer and the payment provider.
BrickRise is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrickRise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
