This policy covers refunds for the BrickRise service. Each project engagement is bespoke and scoped individually with the developer before any contract or payment.
Setup and ongoing service fees are agreed in writing per project. Any refund or partial refund eligibility is governed by the specific agreement signed with the developer.
Investor expression-of-interest payments are remitted directly to the builder's bank account and are not handled by BrickRise. Refunds of EOI amounts are at the developer's discretion under the applicable project terms and RERA regulations.
