BrickRise processes the data needed to run a launch: investor profile information, KYC identity proofs, EOI payment records, token allocations, and document history. This data belongs to the developer and is processed on their behalf.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is role-based and identity is verified through phone OTP and DigiLocker KYC. Storage follows a permanent, encrypted document vault model.
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with the developer running the instance, the payment aggregator where required to process EOI payments, and regulatory authorities where legally required.
Investors and developers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data held about them by contacting the developer responsible for the project instance or us directly.
